Raise values to higher powers of 2 by merging adjacent tiles.

All you gotta to do is:
Just get 128, then 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, all the way to 8192
Collect 128, 256, 512, 1024, and 2048, 4096 and 8192 ( if ever possible)
